She brings hands-on experience from 20+ years in product management and marketing leadership roles at Google, Microsoft, and high-growth startups — combined with deep expertise in how organizations actually adopt and scale new technologies.

Her advisory work spans organizational AI strategy, executive education, and hands-on implementation support. At Stanford Continuing Studies, Anita teaches the AI-Powered Leader course, helping professionals across industries develop the strategic and practical skills to lead in an AI-enabled world.
